Recreation comes in all shapes, sizes and with various activities; we strive to offer something for everyone!

The Recreation Department is on a mission to make your experience in Rocky River even more enjoyable! We're constantly brainstorming new and exciting camps, clubs, and training sessions designed to bring our community together and add a dash of fun to your day.

Whether you're looking to dive into a new hobby, meet new friends, or challenge yourself with a skill-building workshop, there's something for everyone! Youth Programming

Preschool Programming (0-5)

  • 10:00am-11:30am Mondays and Fridays

    We’re inviting preschool families to join in for gym play using tumbling mats, sports equipment, and a parachute! Ages 0-5.

    Fees: Free for members, $5.00 resident, $6.00 non-resident Additional child is $3.00.

Adult Programming

  • Registration is now open for Spring 2026!

    Community Band Mondays, 7:30–9:30pm | Rocky River Middle School Band Room.

    If you have ever played an instrument and are looking for a fun venue to flex your musical muscles, please come join the Community Band. Community Band is open to musicians of all skill levels and no auditions are required. Concert information will be discussed during rehearsals

    Fee: $50/per person
