Rocky River's Charter, passed in 1960, provides the city with "home rule." The Mayor, Law Director, and seven (7) members of Council (four ward and three at-large) stand for election every two years.
Legislative Meetings are every 2nd & 4th Monday at 7:00 p.m. Committee Meetings are every 1st & 3rd Monday at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the David J.Cook Council Chambers in City Hall.
