Picture ID as proof of Rocky River residency required.
Two (2) standard size boxes per household.
No business material will be accepted.
Bring your paper recyclables and witness the shredding process on-site. No need to remove staples. For safety reasons, please remain in your vehicle – shredding documents will be removed and placed into containers for you.

PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ROCKY RIVER Cuyahoga County Community Development Grant
The City of Rocky River is eligible to apply for funding from Federal Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) funds administered by Cuyahoga County through the Department of Development. Funds can be used for a variety of housing, economic development and community improvement projects. The city proposes applying for funding for a midblock crosswalk and RRFB (rectangular rapid flashing beacon) on Rockcliff Drive. Residents are invited to attend a public meeting to voice their opinions on local development needs, or to submit opinions in writing to the address below.
Date/Time: October 27, 2025 at 6:30 pm
Location: Rocky River City Hall Council Chambers, 21012 Hilliard Boulevard.
