The City of Rocky River will host a public meeting at 6:30pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Memorial Hall in the Don Umerley Civic Center, located at 21016 Hilliard Blvd, to discuss improvements to Beachcliff Blvd and Cornwall Rd as part of the Beachcliff/Cornwall Watermain, Sewer, and Pavement Improvement Project.  These critical improvements will provide upgrades to deteriorated sewers, watermains, and roadway (including curbs, aprons, and curb ramps).
