As is our community’s tradition, Halloween Trick-or-Treating in the City of Rocky River will be on Saturday, October 31st from 6 PM to 8 PM. Be safe and be prepared. Make sure to look both ways when crossing the street, obey traffic and cross walk signals, stay in groups, use a flashlight and wear reflective clothing while collecting those treats. If you are driving, please drive slowly and watch for children.
Have a happy and safe Halloween!
