Public Meeting Notice: Westway/Hilliard/Gasser/I-90 Intersection Improvements

The City of Rocky River will host a public meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at Rocky River City Hall in the City Council Chambers to discuss potential improvements to public safety and traffic flow at the intersection of Westway Drive, Hilliard Boulevard, Gasser Boulevard, and I-90.

The City has engaged OHM Advisors to study the current intersection layout and traffic signal operations. The evaluation will also explore the feasibility of roadway modifications to support future connectivity of a multi-use trail along Hilliard Boulevard.

Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend, learn more about the project, and provide input.
