Sewer Bill Message

The City recently mailed the quarterly sanitary sewer bills dated December 1, 2025 to Rocky River property owners.  Please watch for the arrival in your mailbox.

An online payment function is available, access the online payment function through the City website.  From the Departments dropdown, select Sewer Billing Department then scroll to the link.

This is an estimated sanitary sewer bill for the period September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025, the 3rd quarter of the billing year.  Your bill is generally based on one quarter of the past year’s water

consumption.  Please be aware, there is a minimum charge of 1 (one) MCF per quarter (or $40.50).  The City’s sewer rate is $40.50 per MCF (thousand cubic feet) billed at 1/10 of an MCF of water used. 

This sanitary sewer bill is due on December 31.  Thank you!
